COACH AND MENTOR FOR MAKERS
We offer coaching and mentoring to empower makers to appreciate their unique value and develop confidence in their entrepreneurial journey.
Both coaching and mentoring is conducted by founder Jacqui Rudd, who is a qualified coach with a postgraduate certificate in coaching with Goldsmiths UoL and soon to be ILM accredited.
The Maker Edit is committed to making their services as affordable as possible to support a thriving future for craft which is accessible to as many designers, makers and artists as we can reach. This is why our one to one coaching has a variety of payment plans available and our mentoring programme is free with an application process for the limited spaces.
The Maker Edit 2021 Mentoring Programme application has now launched!
Our 121 Coaching for Makers available now! Schedule a free discovery call with Jacqui to see if coaching is right for you and how we can work together using the calendar below.
Our 121 coaching helps makers find clarity, craft a new positive narrative and take action to reach their goals.
To achieve this we work over six sessions together, finding their values, mission and vision, unhooking from limiting beliefs that cause them to feel stuck, creating a personalised action plan and setting challenges to create accountability. Each session is 1hr -1hr 30mins long and I set self-coaching exercises as essential homework and provide feedback on each exercise.
All my coaching methods are created with evidence-based (CBC) Cognitive Behavioural Coaching techniques and (ACT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Maker mentoring is a 6-month development programme for emerging early-stage maker business owners, and there are only four spaces available.
Mentees get five 30min 121 sessions with their mentor, peer coaching training to support their five peer coaching calls with the other mentees on the programme, and monthly homework to support development set by their mentor.
The aim of this programme is to create a virtual incubator environment for emerging makers to gain support and guidance by a trained and qualified mentor and peer support by likeminded makers.
